Terms of Sale

1. Plans and prices
- Pro plan: €9.99 including VAT, per connected mailbox, per month.
- Business plan: €30 including VAT per month, unlimited mailboxes.
The prices that apply are those displayed at the time of subscription. Any price change will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect, and will only apply from the following billing cycle.
2. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are taken out online from within the application. Payment is monthly, by bank card, through our provider Stripe. Billing starts on subscription and renews automatically each month.
3. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, because the service is digital content supplied immediately upon subscription, you consent to its immediate performance and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. The demo mode, free and without a bank card, lets you evaluate the service before any payment.
4. Cancellation
The subscription has no minimum term: it can be cancelled at any time from “Settings → Manage my subscription” (Stripe portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; access to paid features is maintained until that date. No pro rata refund is made for a month already started.
5. Refunds
In the event of a major malfunction attributable to EquiMail and not resolved within 7 days of being reported to contact@equimail.fr, the current month is refunded on request.
6. Invoicing
Invoices are issued by Stripe and available from the billing portal. On the Pro plan, the number of mailboxes billed matches the number of mailboxes connected at the time of subscription; it can be adjusted from the portal.
7. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the competent French consumer ombudsman.

This page is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute, the French version of these Terms prevails.
