Subprocessors

This page completes section 4 of our privacy policy: it names the processors that handle personal data on EquiMail’s behalf, states their role, the processing region and, for artificial intelligence, the models used. All of them act on our instructions, under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).

Artificial intelligence processing

Processor: Google Cloud France — Vertex AI service.
Role: running the language models behind categorisation, cold outreach detection, summaries, translation and draft writing.
Processing region: European Union, europe-west9 regional endpoint (Paris, France).
Models used: gemini-2.5-flash and gemini-2.5-flash-lite.
Data disclosed: sender, subject, body and headers of the emails covered by the feature you switched on. Messages caught by one of your exclusions (sender, domain, folder, keyword) or by the global toggle are never sent.
Safeguards: Google Cloud data processing agreement (DPA), processing in the region stated above, and no reuse of customer content to train the models.

Other processors

Railway Corp. — application hosting (web service and processing worker).
Neon Inc. — PostgreSQL database; Europe region (eu-west-2).
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. — payments and subscriptions; no bank card details pass through or are stored on our servers.
Google LLC — Google Workspace APIs (Gmail): access to your mailbox, at your request, within the OAuth permissions you grant.
Microsoft Corporation — Outlook / Microsoft Graph: the same role for Microsoft mailboxes.
Resend — sending the service’s transactional email (address verification, password reset, notifications). Receives your account email address, never the content of your mailbox.

Updates

This list forms part of our privacy policy. We update it whenever a processor is added, replaced or removed, and whenever an artificial intelligence model changes. Any questions: contact@equimail.fr.
